This Shipping Policy explains how and when Mind Vault orders are processed, packed and delivered. By placing an order on minndvault.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual times may vary based on carrier performance, customs clearance and local postal service efficiency.

3. Shipping Costs

International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track the package on the carrier's website. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, and if it is still missing, contact support@minndvault.com.

5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or import charges levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are paid directly by the recipient upon delivery. Mind Vault cannot predict the amount of these charges, which vary by country.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can either re-ship it (additional shipping fees apply) or refund the order minus shipping costs.

7. Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members or your building's front desk.
  2. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number.
  4. If still unresolved, email support@minndvault.com with your order number, and we will help investigate.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged contents, and email them to support@minndvault.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some destinations may be restricted due to local regulations on dietary supplements or shipping carrier limitations. If checkout indicates that we cannot ship to your address, please contact us to confirm availability.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@minndvault.com. Because orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has entered the shipping queue. If your order has already shipped, you may follow the standard refund process in our Refund Policy.
