2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
4. Ship the bottles (full, partially used or empty) back to the return address provided. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
5. Once we receive the returned bottles, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. What Is Refunded

We will refund the full purchase price of the product. Please note:

• Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Processing Time

After we receive your returned package and verify its contents, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

7. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact our team immediately at support@minndvault.com. We process orders quickly (typically within 24 hours), so cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered the shipping queue. If the order has already shipped, you may follow the standard refund process described above.

8. No Auto-Ship or Subscription
